More About Me...

I've been around Second Life for a few years now - did the obligatory club scene, owned my own club. That didn't last too long. SL to me is now about content creation and fashion. I love to create (and learn) & to search for the most awesome creations in Second Life. I'll be opening my store, fucifino, soon and I will be showcasing my new creations here as well as all those awesome finds that I come across in my SL travels.

Another Side of me: Land Owner

I'm co-owner of Belle Island Estates. We offer land for rent or sale, residential or commercial. Currently offer 4096 lots for sale or rent. If you want something smaller, bigger, etc, we'll work with you to customize how you want your property.

Plurky Blogger Challenge Week One - Kickin' It Old School

So today the day...the beginning of the Plurky Blogger Challenge.  This week's challenge is Oldies But Goodies where we are to only blog items that are at least a year old, if not older. I got all nostalgic and started going through my "Old School" folders as well as my old pictures.  I noticed a pattern of the designers I wore - Apple May Designs, Mischief (MIS) and Nyte 'N' Day.  Those were my favorites and I think I had everything from them back then. I picked an outfit from each to share with you. I'm wearing the first skin I bought from Belleza and Sirena hair (I used to buy that hair like crazy!) The one thing I don't like about the Sirena hair was I could not figure out how to turn off the stupid facelight feature!  So I apologize that my breasts are so shiny and bright :-P

Look #012 The Fog Creeps In

Today, the weather is very cool...and, dare I say it, almost fall like. I woke up and drew up the shade and all I saw was the grey of fog and all I heard was the water crashing against the shore.  Part of me wanted to sneak back into bed and pull the covers up to my chin and let the sound of the water put me back to sleep, but there was a stronger urge to be apart of the misty fog.

The Lonely Housewife

She gets on her laptop when no one is home, determined to find a way to push away the loneliness. She logs in and Skype opens. He's online!

Does she IM? She starts typing him a quick message and he responds back, "Are you alone?" 
"Yes."
"Can I see you?"
She knew he would ask this; he has brought this up many times before. The question she asked herself was whether she had the courage to finally go through with this. She listened to the empty house...feeling the desperation to quell her loneliness. She was nervous but she typed the three letters he wanted - yes.

He said nothing. His answer was with a Skype video call. She answered and held her breath. There he was - a somewhat live version of all the pictures she had seen of him. 

He asked her to stand.



She stood up and waved shyly.



He fed her directions and gave her much needed approval. Her shyness faded away after awhile, listening to him speak with her. She decided to show him a racier side, but failed miserably when he said "Nice slippers." 


They had a good laugh over that. As for what happens next....I will leave that to your imagination. :-)

The Dressing Room has been around for a few months now and, with each new collection (now weekly, thanks to the Dressing Room Blue), I like it more and more. This [dekade.] skin from a previous collection is one of my favorites...Another [dekade.] skin favorite from the Dressing Room I used in my last post. 

The Dressing Room gives me the ability to experiment with my look and not have to spends loads of Lindens, which I quite like. Those Lindens have been reserved to then go check out the mainstores of the Dressing Room merchants and buy stuff there. :-)

I logged into SL tonight, feeling very alone. I am always very vulnerable like that when I am not feeling well. None of my close friends were online either, but then I received a notecard - The Dressing Room - Blue has a new collection out today! I found lots of wonderful items there and, of course, I emptied my wallet yet again (this has been a theme this week - way too many sales).
